How to Order

READY STOCK ITEMS

1) Choose your product(s).

2) Fill in the details required in our ORDER FORM (click to go to link or click on the red Order Form button on our mainpage). Please ensure all details entered are accurate to avoid unnecessary problems with your order/delivery later.

3) We will respond to your order within 1-2 working days with information on :
* product availability
* total charges
* our bank account details

4) Upon receipt of our invoice, submit your full payment to our bank account.

5) Remember to notify us on your payment details by emailing us your proof of payment; eg bank transfer reference no.

6) We will email you our official receipt once payment is received in full.

7) Delivery will only be arranged upon receipt of FULL payment, and delivered via PosLaju within 1-2 working days depending on delivery area. Please refer to our PAYMENT & DELIVERY section for more details.

8) You will be provided with a PosLaju tracking no. accordingly.

PRE ORDERS

1. SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY - Customers have the option to order products that are open for pre ordering. Pre ordering is for customers who are very interested in any of our products and are willing to wait. If you are an impatient person, this is not for you.
2. DEPOSIT is required up front, to encourage only committed and sincerely interested customers. Payment of deposit not received within 3 days from initial booking date will be automatically cancelled without prior notice and item will be released for pre order to the next interested buyer.
3. No cancellation/refund will be entertained once deposit has been paid and pre order is confirmed, unless reason for cancellation is as per item (5) below. The same policy applies for Pre Orders whereby no refunds/enchange/returns/cancellations will be entertained for pre ordered purchases.
4. Please bear in mind that pre order items are products that are NOT READY STOCKS.
5. Customers will be advised on an estimated availability date of the pre ordered items. However, please bear in mind that this is only an estimation. Variation from the expected arrival date may occur as some products are imported from other countries and may experience unforeseen delays at customs and such. Customers who are not willing to accommodate the time line for delivery and unexpected delays are not advised to do a pre order.
6. The actual availability/condition of items can only be confirmed upon arrival of products. In the event of non arrival of stocks or arrival of items with unacceptable defects (eg torn), we will arrange for a full refund of deposit paid to the affected customer. Washable spots, minor imperfections, variation in product color from illustration due to computer/lighting settings are not considered as defects.
   
7. Please note that at this point in time, we can only do refunds via online transfers to Maybank or CIMB Bank accounts only.
8. Please submit your pre orders via our ORDER FORM available at our main page or our facebook stating clearly the required item codes and sizes.
