Our bank account details will be provided upon receipt of customer's order submission.
Our terms of payment is Cash Before Delivery (CBD).
Orders will only be confirmed upon receipt of FULL payment. We do not entertain any cancellation of confirmed orders. All purchases are on first come first served basis.
Payment must be made within TWO days (Saturdays and Sundays included) upon order submission. If payment is not made by the due date, goods ordered will be canceled without prior notice, and given to the next interested buyer.
For those who require extra time to make payment, kindly inform us accordingly. We will allow extension of reservation period up to 14 days with a 50% deposit. Should we not received full payment within this 14 days grace period, and there is no acceptable/valid response from customers after a reminder from us, item(s) reserved will be released to the next interested buyer, and the 50% deposit paid will NOT BE REFUNDED. This is to encourage a two way sincere and honest customer/supplier relationship.

Kindly note that if PosLaju's first attempt to send your parcel to your delivery address failed due to no one available at the said location to receive your parcel, you will need to collect your parcel from the Post Office near you as indicated in the PosLaju "Sorry We Missed You" slip left in your mailbox, or contact PosLaju hotline to arrange for a 2nd delivery. Please note that your parcel must be collected within 14days from date of delivery, otherwise it will be sent back to the sender accordingly.

Delivery charges are approximately as follows:
- Peninsular Malaysia : RM6 to RM10 (depending on weight)
- Peninsular Malaysia : RM6 to RM10 (depending on weight)
- Sabah / Sarawak : RM8 to RM13 (depending on weight).

Delivery will only be arranged after FULL payment is received and/or cleared in our account. Goods will be posted out every MONDAY and THURSDAY. Delivery timeframe via PosLaju is approximately 1-2 working days depending on your area/location. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the goods. Kindly make sure that you submit us your correct phone no. for PosLaju to contact you if necessary.
