We, at TLKC, understand customers' needs to purchase good quality products, and we will do our best to carefully check every item for obvious defects before they are shipped out.
Washable spots, minor imperfections, variation in product color from illustration due to computer/lighting settings are not considered as defects. Please bear in mind items are imported and shipped to Malaysia in large cargo containers, therefore there is bound to be some random washable stains / spots from time to time not within our control. If you are an extremely fussy buyer, please stay away.
Kindly also note that certain factory overrun products may have their labels marked or snipped to avoid products being returned to retail shops for retail price refunds.
We do not entertain "too fussy" buyers. Kindly keep your too high/too perfect expectations at bay. As a customer, you always have the option of shopping at actual retail shops at the nearest mall to you should our online products not meet your high expectations.
Serious buyers only please. Booked and run buyers are not welcomed.
All prices listed at our website are fixed and non negotiable unless otherwise advised. Please be fair to other parents/customers who don't negotiate. Selling prices may vary between different online retailers depending on the cost price they are able to acquire from their respective sources.
TLKC reserve the right to:
1- Make changes, including change in price, content, description, terms, etc. at any time without prior notice at our discretion.
2- Refuse a sale due to unqualified buyer, poor buyer record.
3- Cancel a sale after the reservation date and offer the product to the next interested buyer.
