General Terms and Conditions of Sales

• ALL sales are valid within certain period mentioned only.
• ALL orders and payment must be made within the promotional sale period for customers to be eligible for the discounted price offered.
• ALL payments for orders received within the promotional sale period must be received within the sale validity period. Payments made after the sale validity period will be based on item's normal/original price.
• ALL promotional sales are based on selected items specified only.
• ALL promotions and/or discounts given are excluding delivery charges. Standard PosLaju delivery charges will still apply. 
• TLKC reserves the right to make changes/cancellation on any ongoing sales without prior notice.

1- Opening Sale (Expired)
- valid for ONE week only from 22nd February 2010 till 28th February 2010.
- discount based on selected items only.
- all general terms and conditions specified above applies.

2- Stock Clearance Sale (Ongoing while stocks last)
- valid until all stocks specified for clearance are sold.

3- Buy More for Less (Ongoing)
- valid for certain items specified only.
- offer valid while stocks last and subject to stock availability 
- all general terms and conditions specified above applies.


4- Facebook Fanpage 1,000 Fans Celebration Sale (Expired)
- valid for orders received from 7th July 2010 to 31st July 2010.
- 10% discount on all items EXCEPT for items already on promotion (eg buy 2 and more for less) and items under stock clearance sales
- total after discount will be rounded up or down to the nearest sen, eg rounded down for amount with 40sen and below, and rounded up for amount with 50sen and above.
- exclusively for TLKC facebook fans only.

5- Return Customers 5% Discount (Ongoing)
- valid for return customers only.
- valid for normal priced and non-sale items only. 5% discount does not apply on items already on promotion (eg buy 2 and more for less), stock clearance, or other ongoing sales.
- also valid for New Arrival items
- total after discount will be rounded up or down to the nearest sen, eg rounded down for amount with 40sen and below, and rounded up for amount with 50sen and above.

6- Merdeka/Raya Sale (For 10 days effective 30th August 2010 - 8th September 2010)
- 5% discount on selected items
- valid for orders received from 30th August 2010 until 8th September 2010, with the condition that payment for these orders are received within the sale period.
- valid for all TLKC customers.
- valid for normal priced and non-sale items only. Discount does not apply on items already on promotion (eg buy 2 and more for less), stock clearance, or other sales.
- total after discount will be rounded up or down to the nearest sen, eg rounded down for amount with 40sen and below, and rounded up for amount with 50sen and above.

7- Facebook Fanpage 1,500 Fans Celebration Sale (Expired)
- valid for orders received from 8th October 2010 to 10th October 2010 only.
- 10% discount on all items EXCEPT for items already on promotion (eg buy 2 and more for less) and items under stock clearance sales
- total after discount will be rounded up or down to the nearest sen, eg rounded down for amount with 40sen and below, and rounded up for amount with 50sen and above.

8- Year End Sale 2010
- valid effective 15th November 2010 to 31st December 2010.
- 10% discount on all normal priced items EXCEPT for items already on nett price or other promotion/sale and items under stock clearance sales, unless otherwise specified.
- 20% discount on all DRESSES in our "For Girls" album

- Flat rate of RM23 each for all Gap Pyjamas (Clearance Sale)

- Flat rate of RM20 each for all baby rompers, jumpers and girls short sleeve tops
